Central Coast Sensory Room
Our Sensory Room, based at Toukley on the Central Coast, provides a soothing space for children, teens and adults to calm down, explore with the senses and enjoy a quiet environment away from the overstimulation of everyday life.
Including soft music, lights, comforting textures, calming smells, sensory toys and our sensory tent, this space is specifically designed for those with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD).
Sensory Room Features
Our sensory room and creative art-making experience includes:
- Calming lights, sounds & aromas.
- Calm down bottles, peeka boo bags, Sensory play trays
- Weighted blankets, soft plush lounge, sequin pillows and body socks.
- Autism sensory tent, play mat and stuffed animals.
- Supervised play, craft & art-making and healthy snacks (fresh fruit & water).
- Pick-up and drop-off services, and drop & shop child-minding.
Participants are supervised and activities can be organised to suit individual needs.
Supervised & Safe
Participants will be under the supervision and care of the lovely Lady Bumblebee and her qualified team.
Registered NDIS Provider
Our Sensory Room is suitable for anyone of any age. NDIS participants and non-participants are welcome.
Disabled Access
Our location in Toukley features a large car park just behind our shop, and a disabled access ramp up to our premises.

Organise a sensory space to be set up in your home or another location. Contact us and we will organise it.
Frequently Asked Questions
$80 for a two-hour session.
Additional children/participants and carers can be added to the session for $40 each.
Yes, we allow up to 3 participants per booking. However, all participants must live together or be from the same family.
Sessions run for a minimum of 2 hours. Longer sessions can be organised by contacting us.
Yes, we are a fully-accredited NDIS provider.

Along with our sensory room experience, participants can also take part in fun, supervised craft and art activities designed to promote relaxation and reduce overstimulation.
These activities are especially designed for those with Autism or ADHD, but everyone is welcome to join!
Options include making playdough, painting, drawing, creating wooden art pieces, and crafting bee mobiles.
We’re happy to adapt activities to meet each participant’s needs.
